Welcome to Upcycled Treasure’s first blog post

Hello hello and welcome to my first blog post.

I just really wanted to say hi and to give you a very small insight into what’s happening in the world of Our Little Gem.

As usual, life here is chaotic. There is always more than a few projects on board along with the usual creating stock for my beautiful little shop. The website has been a massive task and I cannot express my gratitude enough to Liz for her patience and tenacity. It is certainly going to make life a bit simpler. As we move forward there is so much I want to share.

Our Little Gem has grown exponentially in a short 15 months. Our customers are extremely supportive and loyal. I am so very grateful for that continual support. Everyday I meet someone that lacks a bit of confidence or says they haven’t a creative bone in their body. I know that to be untrue.

I love to teach and inspire! I love to see the surprise on faces at the end of a workshop when a piece is transformed into something individual and their own. The smiles are priceless!

The journey thus far has been awesome and as we continue I am keen to share my plans, the work we do, the inspiring team that works alongside me and their hidden talents.

My passion for this little shop and everything it encompasses is a fire that is not going to be burned out for a while. Join me for the ride!
